Statutory officers

The Chief Compliance Officer, Resident Grievance Officer, and Nodal Contact Person are listed at /grievance. All three are Indian residents.

Methodology

  • A "complaint" means any user grievance received via the Grievance Officer email channel or the in-app/web Report button.
  • "Proactively removed" means content removed by the hybrid AI + human moderation pipeline without any user complaint.
  • "Appeal upheld" means the appellate decision reversed the original moderation call.
  • Numbers are computed from the moderation audit log on the first business day of each month.

Government requests

We will also publish, on this page, an annual summary of information requests and content-blocking orders received from government authorities (under §69 / §69A IT Act, IT Rules 2021 Rule 3(1)(d), and any CrPC/BNSS provisions). Where the law permits disclosure, individual requests will be itemized.
