FAQ

Is CJP a real political party?

No. CJP is a satirical movement that uses the form-language of a political party for civic commentary. It is not registered under §29A of the RP Act 1951.

Is CJP going to contest elections?

There has been public speculation about the Bankipur Assembly by-election. As of this writing, no §33 nomination papers have been filed by any CJP-affiliated candidate. If that changes, CJP will publish a separate statement and the regulatory implications under the RP Act will be addressed.

Who funds CJP?

Currently self-funded by the founding team. The app and website carry in-feed native ads served via brand-safe networks. CJP does not accept political-party donations or run electoral fundraising.

How is content moderated?

Hybrid pipeline: AI pre-screen for hate / NSFW / doxx + a human review queue for borderline satire. Decisions are logged in an audit trail. See /content-policy.

Can I quote CJP content?

Yes. Attribution: 'Cockroach Janta Party (cockrochjanataparty.com)'. The [SATIRE] tag must be preserved when quoting satirical content.
